About
WE ARE CAPITAL M.
We’re go-getters, people-persons,
and mortgage masters to boot.
At Capital M, we offer a partnership. A strong
and strategic fighting force that helps navigate
your way through the entire loan process.
In 2001, our leader Mayer Gross was frustrated by the existing mortgage processes. They were cumbersome, complicated, and confusing, and took the customers on ride for their money. He set out to turn that on its head by starting a mortgage company that values the customer experience above all else.
In not time, the company expanded and the process sold itself. People heard about Mayer’s unflinching honesty and smooth mortgage process — and the clients came running. After all, who’s interested in having a difficult and stressful experience when they can secure a better rate, minus the heartache?
Nowdays, with a growing number of mortgage masters and processors on team, Capital M has become an icon of mortgages-made-simple and a “Let’s talk tachlis” approach. With every interaction characterized by constant communication, full transparency, and real caring, Capital M has achieved the hallmark of true honesty and of getting things done.

An adjustable-rate mortgage (ARM) is a type of mortgage in which the interest rate applied on the outstanding balance varies throughout the life of the loan.
